api/Part/Delete (POST)

Deletes an existing Part using the supplied keys.
HTTP Method: POST
Required Fields: PART_ID to locate the record
Requires an Authentication Token in the AuthToken HTTP header. Authentication Tokens are obtained from api/Security/Login (POST).
Returns nothing.

This is like 'Delete' in Expandable.
